Holocaust Educational Trust's Radio 4 Appeal

The Holocaust Educational Trust is proud to announce that actor Jason Isaacs will present its BBC Radio 4 Charity Appeal, highlighting the vital importance of Holocaust education today, and the fear felt by Holocaust survivors at rising levels of antisemitism. The appeal features the testimony of 95-year-old Holocaust survivor Manfred Goldberg MBE.

As part of the appeal, Jason met Manfred to hear first-hand about his experiences during the Holocaust - a powerful and moving engagement.

With Holocaust survivors now fewer in number and increasingly frail, the Trust’s work to preserve their testimonies and educate young people is more important than ever. The funds raised through this appeal will help support the Holocaust Educational Trust’s mission to ensure that the lessons of the Holocaust - and the dangers of antisemitism - are never forgotten. The broadcast will also introduce the work of the Trust to a wider audience, raising awareness of its mission.
