Who is the Project Open to?

The course is open to either two, three or four students aged 16-18 years, and in post-16 education, per school/college. Students can be studying any subject and can be from any ethnic, religious, social, economic or cultural background.

At present, Lessons from Auschwitz Online is open to students from state schools in England and students in post-16 education from any school or college in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland. Students from SEN independent schools in England, whose places are funded by the Department for Education, are also eligible to apply.

Due to the intensive nature of the course, each school or college must send between two, three and four students to enable them to support one another throughout the process.

Places are limited and if oversubscribed we may not be able to offer places to your school/college.

Teachers will only be permitted to participate where they are required to support students with additional learning needs.
