To mark the 77th anniversary of the Warsaw Ghetto uprising (April-May 1943) join us for a discussion of Irena’s Children by Tilar Mazzeo. Irena’s Children narrates the story of Irena Sendlerowa, ‘the female Oskar Schindler’ who saved nearly 2,500 Jewish children by helping to smuggle them out of the Warsaw Ghetto.
