The Holocaust Educational Trust works with international partner organisations to promote the UK’s expertise in the field of Holocaust education globally; and through these partnerships we also bring internationally recognised best practice to the UK.
As a member of the UK delegation to the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA), the Trust works closely with representatives from museums, memorial sites, universities, educational organisations and government ministries from around the world.
The IHRA was originally founded by the governments of the UK, US and Sweden. Today, it is comprised of delegations from 35 member countries, each of which is committed to achieving the aims of the Stockholm Declaration.
Other international organisations which the Trust has partnered with for the benefit of teachers and students in the UK include:
