The Holocaust Educational Trust may take photos/video of Ambassadors at this event. These may be used in both print and online publications, the Trust’s website and on social media accounts. At times, such photographs and videos may be shared with the Trust’s partners, to promote our work. Only the first names of Ambassadors will be used in publication. All photographs and video will be securely stored by the Trust and deleted in line with our retention policy, details of which can be found here privacy policy. If you do not give your consent, we will take reasonable steps to ensure you are not photographed/videoed and will not use your image. If you do give your consent now but wish to withdraw this later, we will delete images held, but may be unable to recall these from all online and published materials.
